RADCOM develops manufactures markets and supports innovative network test and service monitoring solutions for communications service providers and equipment vendors. The Company specializes in next-generation Cellular as well as IMS, Voice, Data and VoIP networks. Its solutions are used in the development and installation of network equipment and in the maintenance of operational networks. The Company’s products facilitate fault management, network service performance monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and pre-mediation.

Responsibilities:

· Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and experience.

· Manage acceptance and revenue of designated accounts/projects

· Building strong relationships with the customer

· Prioritization of all activities with the customer

· Responsible for all post sales activities.

· Delivery of customer projects on budget, time and quality. (POC execution)

· Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure best business results and identify new business opportunities.

· Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports

· Take projects from original concept through final implementation and work with multiple partners affected by the project.

· Be the point of escalation when there is an aggrieved customer needing leadership attention

· Closely communicate with the Support team to ensure meeting customer requirements,

· Build and maintain relationships with other teams to ensure close collaboration and alignment of Customer Experience goals and appropriate resourcing

Requirements:

· Leaving in Tokyo

· 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

· Willing to work from customer offices 5 days a week

· A strong technical foundation in the Telecom Industry

· A track record of successfully managing difficult and complex projects, with the ability to convey any difficulties that may develop quickly and effectively.

· Ability to work within a multidisciplinary & multicultural team

· Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills with ability to alternate between helicopter view and high attention to detail & accuracy

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Demonstrated ability to build trust and lasting relationships with key stakeholders

· Diplomatic skills to influence others at all levels of the business and manage relationships with internal groups

· Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a natural ability to lead and influence.

· Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans

· Proven track record for planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects

· Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations

· English Advanced, other languages an advantage
