Technical Manager 

Technical Manager is a key position that is essential to successful rollout and expansion of RADCOM’s solution within operators in North America. The manager is responsible for end-to-end management of RADCOM’s solution delivery to our customers’ NFV Network  

The Technical Manager will be engaged in facilitating customer interactions and facilitating internal/external processes. The Technical Manager will work closely with the customer in a dynamic versatile environment with cutting-edge technologies. 


Engagements and duties: 

Overseeing teams of Deployment and Integration Engineers, closely involved with all aspects of RADCOM solution deployment including program and project management, planning, design, implementation and certification.  

  • Work in partnership with internal resources, such as Project Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and system architects to optimize the deployment and the integrations through the contacted phases.  
  • Poses and demonstrate excellent understanding of the RADOCM solution, architecture, and technology. 
  • Stays in close contact with customer’s personnel who are assigned to the integration, deployment, and operation of RADCOM’s system to assure coordinated effort of all parties towards the common goal of successful system deployment and smooth on-going operation.  
  • Engages with user-group representatives, to assure optimal usability of the RADCOM solution and the highest level of customer satisfaction.  
  • Be involved with defining and scoping customer training sessions and oversee the training and skills development of his team members.  



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Management of Enterprise Grade software deployments in the wireless telecommunications industry. 
  • Senior level technical management experience. 
  • Practical experience with Network Monitoring solution or Network Function Virtualization technologies – is an important advantage.  
  • Sound knowledge and experience with voice and Data Communications and networking as well as information systems. 
  • Ability to learn new technologies and get familiar with complex S/W products. 
  • Good Communication and presentation skills and ability to work directly with customers and Global teams.    
  • Familiarity and experience with the following technologies is an important advantage: 
    • 4G/5G Wireless core and IMS core 
    • Database and analytics 
    • Virtualization environment including VMWare, Open Stack, HEAT Instantiation, Orchestration. 
    • Public cloud implementation over Azure or AWS 
    • Deployment of containers environment. Working with Kubernetes. 
  • Leadership and excellent managerial skills 
  • Time and project management skills.  
  • Must demonstrate positive customer-facing engagement.  
  • Must be motivated, and self-driven. 


  • Master’s degree in Engineering  
  • MBA – preferred  

 ** The position requires occasional travel within the US and abroad; travel may peak to as much as 15% of the time.
