Benny Eppstein
Chief Executive Officer
Before joining RADCOM, Benny Eppstein served as Canada Division President from 2022 to 2024, as a General Manager at the T-Mobile Division from 2020 to 2022, and as Vice President and Client Business Executive and Head of Customer Unit Sprint Corporation from 2015 to 2020 at Amdocs. Before Amdocs, Benny was Vice President at Ericsson from 2013 to 2014, managing the relationship with a major telecommunications company and the sales and delivery of software, hardware, and system integration services. Benny holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Hilik Itman
Chief Operating Officer
Hilik Itman is a seasoned telecom professional with over 30 years of experience in the software and telecom industries. His expertise spans 27 years in service assurance and working with telecom operators. Hilik joined RADCOM in 1997 and served in several key roles in R&D before being appointed Vice President of R&D in 2014. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020. Hilik is focused extensively on product development, leading research and development (R&D), and ensuring customer satisfaction. Hilik holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Open University.
Rami Amit
Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product
Rami Amit, our Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product joined RADCOM in February 2017. Prior to joining RADCOM, Rami was Director of Engineering at Cisco NFV BU, where he was responsible for Cisco’s broadband solutions that are deployed by many top-tier CSPs. During his tenure at Cisco, Rami led several new products from inception up to worldwide deployment. He was also instrumental in the Company’s transition to virtualization and application delivery in the Broadband market. Before Cisco, Rami held several CTO positions and was the first employee of the VOIP industry pioneer, VocalTec, which is considered one of the early inventors of VOIP. Rami holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Tel Aviv University.
Hadar Rahav
Chief Financial Officer
Since joining RADCOM in May 2020, Hadar has been serving as RADCOM’s Head of Global Finance, working on global financial planning and execution. Before joining RADCOM, Hadar served in various finance leadership and senior accounting positions at TAT Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: TATT; TASE: TATT.TA) at Electra Consumer Products (1970) Ltd. (ECP.TA) and as an accountant with Ernst & Young Israel. Hadar holds a BA (cum laude) in Business Management Accounting and Risk Management from the College of Management and Academic Studies, Rishon Le-Zion, and is a Certified Public Accountant
Assaf Landau
Chief Solutions Officer
Assaf Landau, our Chief Solutions Officer, joined RADCOM in January 2012 and manages all global solution engineering resources located in Israel, APAC, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to joining RADCOM, Assaf was the founder and CEO of Lomiss that specializes in location-based systems. Before Lomiss, Assaf held several Senior Director of Product positions; He was the Senior Director of Product for Cvidya Networks, a leading provider of big data analytics products for communications and digital service providers. He was also the Senior Director of Product for TTI Telecom, a leading provider of next-generation Operations Support Systems (OSS) to operators worldwide, which TEOCO Corporation later acquired.
Michal Fridman
Vice President Marketing and Business Development
Michal Fridman, our Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, joined RADCOM in July 2016. A senior marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Michal has held various managerial positions in marketing, product, and presales in companies ranging from start-ups to large-scale organizations. Before joining RADCOM, Michal served as VP Marketing at Comigo and was responsible for all marketing activities at the company. Before Comigo, Michal spent 15 years at Amdocs in various roles culminating in leading all marketing activities for Amdocs services offerings. Michal holds a BSc., in Industrial engineering and management, from the Technion Inst. Of Technology, Israel.
Omer Geva
Vice President Business Development
Omer Geva, our Vice President of Business Development, joined RADCOM in May 2023. Omer has over 20 years of experience building global high-tech operations, strategy, business development, M&A, and fundraising. Before RADCOM, Omer co-founded Continual and served as the chairman of the board, and has to lead the company’s strategy and investor relations before it was acquired by RADCOM. Prior to that, Omer co-founded and served as CEO of eGlue Business Technologies, which was acquired by NICE Systems in 2010 in which he was the Head of Real-Time Solution division between 2010-2014.
Eran Dotan
Vice President Product
Eran Dotan, our Vice President of Product, joined RADCOM in November 2023. Prior to joining RADCOM, Eran held the position of VP of Product and Strategy at Cybellum, which specializes in product security lifecycle solutions. Before this, Eran served as the COO at floLIVE, a global private IoT connectivity network operator. Prior to that, Eran was the COO of Circles, a Homeland Security telecom leader. He served as the CEO and Founder of Outsmart, a manufacturer of intelligent network and fixed-mobile convergence solutions. Eran holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Ben Gurion University, complemented by an MBA from the IDC.
Shirly Bashan
Vice President Research and Development
Shirly Bashan, our VP of Research and Development, joined RADCOM in 2000. An experienced R&D manager with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Shirly started as a software developer, was promoted to an R&D team leader, and then an R&D group manager. Shirly was one of the R&D managers that led the company’s transition from hardware-based to fully virtualized, containerized products for migrating to 5G. Shirly has expert knowledge of multiple Big Data environments, Java full-stack development, and leading all end-to-end operational aspects of developing and deploying virtual assurance solutions for top-tier telecom operators. Shirly holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
Amir Even Bar
Vice President Customer Services
Amir Even Bar, Vice President of Customer Services, joined RADCOM in November 2022. Amir is responsible for the Technical Account Managers and Tier 3/4 support. Amir is a seasoned industry veteran within the telecoms space. Before joining RADCOM, Amir was Chief Customer Officer, Head of Customer Success, Delivery, and Operations at Tomia, which offers transformative connectivity solutions to service providers worldwide. Amir led a global team of 90 team members across Israel, India, Asia, Europe, the USA, and Latin America. During his tenure, Amir managed all revenue-contributing aspects of the business, minimizing customer churn and delivering on key financial performance indicators. Before, Tomia, Amir served in several account management positions at Comverse. Amir holds an MBA with honors and a BA major in Finance.
Moran Adania
Vice President Human Resources
Moran Adania, our VP of Human Resources joined RADCOM in January 2017. Bringing over 17 years’ experience in HR and recruitment. Most recently, she held the position of HR manager at Mobilab Technologies where she was responsible for the establishment of all HR procedures, planning and executing the recruitment process and supporting the founding team. Prior to this, Moran spent 15 years working at Partner Communications in a range of positions and finished her time there as an HR Manager of the headquarters division. Moran holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management.
