Chief Executive Officer
Eyal Harari, our Chief Executive Officer, has been with us since 2000. Eyal began in the Development side of RADCOM in 2000 as a software R&D group manager, later becoming the Director of Product Management for VoIP Monitoring Solutions, then the Senior Director of RADCOM’s Product Management department, the Vice President of Products and Marketing, and then as Chief Executive Officer, RADCOM North America since the beginning of 2016. Eyal received a B.A. in Computer Science from the Open University of Tel Aviv, and also holds an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University and an LL.M in Business Law from Bar Ilan University.
Chief Financial Officer
Since joining RADCOM in May 2020, Hadar has been serving as RADCOM’s Head of Global Finance, working on global financial planning and execution. Before joining RADCOM, Hadar served in various finance leadership and senior accounting positions at TAT Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: TATT; TASE: TATT.TA) at Electra Consumer Products (1970) Ltd. (ECP.TA) and as an accountant with Ernst & Young Israel. Hadar holds a BA (cum laude) in Business Management Accounting and Risk Management from the College of Management and Academic Studies, Rishon Le-Zion, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product
Rami Amit, our Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product joined RADCOM in February 2017. Prior to joining RADCOM, Rami was Director of Engineering at Cisco NFV BU, where he was responsible for Cisco’s broadband solutions that are deployed by many top-tier CSPs. During his tenure at Cisco, Rami led several new products from inception up to worldwide deployment. He was also instrumental in the Company’s transition to virtualization and application delivery in the Broadband market. Before Cisco, Rami held several CTO positions and was the first employee of the VOIP industry pioneer, VocalTec, which is considered one of the early inventors of VOIP. Rami holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Operating Officer
Hilik Itman, our Chief Operating Officer joined us in 1997, where he served in several key roles in R&D before being appointed as Vice President of R&D in 2014. Hilik led the R70S software development, and also led the MaveriQ development during the company’s transition from hardware-based to fully virtualized, containerized products for the migration to 5G. Hilik holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Open University.
Vice President Solutions
Assaf Landau, our Vice President Solutions, joined RADCOM in January 2012 and manages all global solution engineering resources located in Israel, APAC, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to joining RADCOM, Assaf was the founder and CEO of Lomiss that specializes in location-based systems. Before Lomiss, Assaf held several Senior Director of Product positions; He was the Senior Director of Product for Cvidya Networks, a leading provider of big data analytics products for communications and digital service providers. He was also the Senior Director of Product for TTI Telecom, a leading provider of next-generation Operations Support Systems (OSS) to operators worldwide, which TEOCO Corporation later acquired.
Vice President of Marketing & Business Development
Michal Fridman, our Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, joined RADCOM in July 2016. A senior marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Michal has held various managerial positions in marketing, product, and presales in companies ranging from start-ups to large-scale organizations. Before joining RADCOM, Michal served as VP Marketing at Comigo and was responsible for all marketing activities at the company. Before Comigo, Michal spent 15 years at Amdocs in various roles culminating in leading all marketing activities for Amdocs services offerings. Michal holds a BSc., in Industrial engineering and management, from the Technion Inst. Of Technology, Israel.
Vice President Customer Success
Baruch Bar, our Vice President of Customer Success, joined RADCOM in June 2020. Before joining RADCOM, Baruch spent over twenty years in several senior management positions at Cellcom. Baruch served as a Senior Radio Group Manager, where he was responsible for planning and optimizing Cellcom’s radio network and leading strategic decision-making. Recently, Baruch served as the Access Technology Department Manager. Baruch holds a B.Sc. – Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the Israel Institute of Technology. An MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Israel Institute of Technology.
Vice President Research & Development
Miko David, our VP of R&D, joined RADCOM in July 2020. With over 18 years of experience managing software development and managing teams of up to 150 employees (Development – Client, Server, and QA – Manual, Load, and Automation). Miko has deep expertise in R&D management, agile development methodologies, SaaS, PaaS, B2B, and cloud. Before joining RADCOM, Miko was VP of R&D and General Manager at Enghouse Interactive, where he led several development groups across EMEA—managing a dedicated R&D team. Before Enghouse Interactive, Miko spent over 12 years at Amdocs in various managerial roles. Miko holds a BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, graduating with honors.
Vice President Systems Engineering
Shirly Bashan, our VP of Systems Engineering, joined RADCOM in 2000. An experienced R&D manager with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Shirly started as a software developer, was promoted to an R&D team leader, and then an R&D group manager. Shirly was one of the R&D managers that led the company’s transition from hardware-based to fully virtualized, containerized products for the migration to 5G. Shirly has expert knowledge with multiple Big Data environments, Java full-stack development, and leading all end-to-end operational aspects of developing and deploying virtual assurance solutions for top-tier telecom operators. Shirly holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
Vice President Human Resources
Moran Adania, our VP of Human Resources joined RADCOM in January 2017. Bringing over 17 years’ experience in HR and recruitment. Most recently, she held the position of HR manager at Mobilab Technologies where she was responsible for the establishment of all HR procedures, planning and executing the recruitment process and supporting the founding team. Prior to this, Moran spent 15 years working at Partner Communications in a range of positions and finished her time there as an HR Manager of the headquarters division. Moran holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management.
