Before joining RADCOM, Benny Eppstein served as Canada Division President from 2022 to 2024, as a General Manager at the T-Mobile Division from 2020 to 2022, and as Vice President and Client Business Executive and Head of Customer Unit Sprint Corporation from 2015 to 2020 at Amdocs. Before Amdocs, Benny was Vice President at Ericsson from 2013 to 2014, managing the relationship with a major telecommunications company and the sales and delivery of software, hardware, and system integration services. Benny holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Hod Cohen joined RADCOM in January 2026, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in the global telecom industry. He is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. Prior to RADCOM, Hod held senior finance leadership roles at Amdocs Limited, including Head of the Global Business Finance Group. In this role, he played a key part in shaping corporate strategy, driving growth across new markets, leading complex commercial negotiations with Tier 1 operators, and supporting multiple successful M&A transactions. Hod brings deep expertise in public company finance, strategic planning, and scaling global organizations. Hod holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of Management, Rishon LeZion, Israel, and an MBA from E.S.G., Paris.

Rami Amit joined RADCOM in February 2017. Prior to joining RADCOM, Rami was Director of Engineering at Cisco’s NFV BU, where he was responsible for Cisco’s broadband solutions deployed by many top-tier CSPs. During his tenure at Cisco, Rami led several new products from inception to worldwide deployment. He was also instrumental in the Company’s transition to virtualization and application delivery in the Broadband market. Before Cisco, Rami held several CTO positions and was the first employee of the VOIP industry pioneer, VocalTec, which is considered one of the early inventors of VOIP. Rami holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Tel Aviv University.
Eran Dotan joined RADCOM in November 2023. Prior to joining RADCOM, Eran held the position of VP of Product and Strategy at Cybellum, a company specializing in product security lifecycle solutions. Before this, Eran served as the COO at floLIVE, a global private IoT connectivity network operator. Prior to that, Eran was the COO of Circles, a Homeland Security telecom leader. He served as the CEO and Founder of Outsmart, a manufacturer of intelligent network and fixed-mobile convergence solutions. Eran holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Ben Gurion University, complemented by an MBA from the IDC.
Michal Fridman joined RADCOM in July 2016. A senior marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Michal has held various managerial positions in marketing, product, and presales in companies ranging from start-ups to large-scale organizations. Before joining RADCOM, Michal served as VP Marketing at Comigo and was responsible for all marketing activities at the company. Before Comigo, Michal spent 15 years at Amdocs in various roles, culminating in leading all marketing activities for Amdocs’ service offerings. Michal holds a BSc., in Industrial engineering and management, from the Technion Inst. Of Technology, Israel.
Assaf Landau joined RADCOM in January 2012 and manages all global solution engineering resources located in Israel, APAC, Europe, and Latin America. Prior to joining RADCOM, Assaf was the founder and CEO of Lomiss, a location-based systems company. Before Lomiss, Assaf held several Senior Director of Product positions; He was the Senior Director of Product for Cvidya Networks, a leading provider of big data analytics products for communications and digital service providers. He was also the Senior Director of Product for TTI Telecom, a leading provider of next-generation Operations Support Systems (OSS) to operators worldwide, which TEOCO Corporation later acquired.
Omer Geva joined RADCOM in May 2023. Omer has over 20 years of experience building global high-tech operations, strategy, business development, M&A, and fundraising. Before RADCOM, Omer co-founded Continual, served as its chairman of the board, and led the company’s strategy and investor relations before it was acquired by RADCOM. Prior to that, Omer co-founded and served as CEO of eGlue Business Technologies, which was acquired by NICE Systems in 2010 in which he was the Head of Real-Time Solution division between 2010-2014.
Before joining RADCOM, Udi Ben-David served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for the Americas at Veego Software from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President of Sales for North America at Allot Communications from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in his career, Udi served as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at both eVolution Networks from 2016 to 2017 and Flash Networks from 2014 to 2015. He spent over 11 years at Alvarion Ltd. in a series of senior leadership roles spanning the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and China, including General Manager of the Americas, APAC General Manager, and Head of Operations in India and Singapore. Earlier in his career, Udi held VP-level roles at Airslide Systems and served as Global Customer Service Director at ECI Telecom. Udi joined RADCOM in May 2021 as Vice President of Sales, North America. Udi holds an MBA in Marketing from Heriot-Watt University.
Before joining RADCOM, Dave Matthews served as Vice President of Sales for Telco UK&I at Microsoft from 2021 to 2024, where he led the Azure for Operators sales team across Northern Europe, spanning the Affirmed Networks and Metaswitch portfolios. Prior to Microsoft, Dave was Sales Director for UK&I at Affirmed Networks from 2019 to 2021, before the company was acquired by Microsoft as part of its Azure for Operators division. Earlier in his career, Dave served as Regional Vice President EMEA at Qwilt from 2015 to 2018, and as Sales Director for Northern Europe & Africa at Sandvine from 2009 to 2015. He has also held senior account management roles at Juniper Networks, SpinVox, and Alcatel, giving him over two decades of experience in telecommunications sales across the EMEA region. Dave joined RADCOM in October 2024 as Vice President of Sales, EMEA.
Ronen Ben Yossef is a seasoned telecom professional with over 25 years of experience at RADCOM. Ronen joined RADCOM in 1997 as a Software Engineer before moving into product management and R&D project leadership. He was appointed Vice President of Products in 2001, a role he held for 15 years, during which he managed the full product lifecycle across design, implementation, positioning, and delivery, while serving as RADCOM’s primary product expert for the North American market. In 2016, Ronen was promoted to Vice President of North America, where he leads operations, professional services, and customer business executive functions. Prior to RADCOM, Ronen held software engineering roles at IBM and an electrical engineering internship at Intel. Ronen holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Shirly Bashan joined RADCOM in 2000. An experienced R&D manager with over 20 years in the communications industry, Shirly started as a software developer, was promoted to an R&D team leader, and then to an R&D group manager. Shirly was one of the R&D managers who led the company’s transition from hardware-based to fully virtualized, containerized products for 5G migration. Shirly has expert knowledge of multiple Big Data environments, Java full-stack development, and leading all end-to-end operational aspects of developing and deploying virtual assurance solutions for top-tier telecom operators. Shirly holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
Moran Adania joined RADCOM in January 2017. Bringing over 17 years’ experience in HR and recruitment. Most recently, she held the position of HR manager at Mobilab Technologies, where she established all HR procedures, planned and executed the recruitment process, and supported the founding team. Prior to this, Moran spent 15 years working at Partner Communications in a range of positions and finished her time there as an HR Manager of the headquarters division. Moran holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management.
