Telecom Product Manager
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Product Manager with deep knowledge of cellular networks and hands-on background as a Control/Operations Engineer at a mobile operator. The role focuses on leading User Plane and Quality Analytics products, with a strong customer orientation and close collaboration with Sales teams.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Telecom Product Management.
• Previous experience as a Control/Operations Engineer in a mobile operator — must.
• Deep understanding of 4G/5G Core, especially User Plane (UPF), GTP-U, QoE/QoS, and call flows.
• Experience working with global customers and presenting business and technical value.
• Excellent command of English.
Responsibilities
• Lead User Plane and Quality Analytics products end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams and support sales engagements with Tier-1 customers.
• Support RFP responses, prepare demos and value presentations, and prioritize capabilities based on market needs.
• Work directly with customers to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into product capabilities.
• Build a market-driven roadmap, including competitive analysis and identification of commercial opportunities.
• Define KPIs, Quality Metrics, CEI/KQI, and perform impact analysis.
• Write product requirements and translate them into PRDs, Epics, and User Stories for R&D and Delivery.
• Support Go-To-Market activities and prepare materials to communicate product capabilities.
