IT Support Engineer (On call)
About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible PC Technician / Help Desk Support to join our technical team (including on call responsibility). The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth system operations in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PC Technician / Help Desk Support
• knowledge of bare metal servers and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Proven experience resolving Windows OS and Linux issues
• Experience with operating system installations
• Basic familiarity with Linux commands
• Good technical English (written and verbal)
• Independent, responsible, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• High motivation to learn, grow, and develop professionally
Responsibilities
• Provide Help Desk and technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs and bare metal servers
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Linux related problems
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
• Deliver professional and customer-oriented support.
