Software Team Lead (C++)
About The Position
RADCOM is looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to lead a team developing high-performance, mission-critical software for next-generation cellular networks.
The role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with a strong focus on modern C++, networking, and performance-critical infrastructure. You will lead the team technically and professionally while remaining closely involved in architecture, design, implementation, and complex technical problem-solving.
You will work closely with architects, product managers, and other R&D teams to design and deliver scalable solutions across 4G/5G, Radio and Core network technologies.
Requirements
• 4+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in modern C++.
• Proven experience leading engineers, projects, or significant technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing high-performance, performance-sensitive software.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and scalable systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Experience serving in a technological military unit
• Experience with cellular networks and telecom protocols, including 4G/LTE, 5G, Core, or Radio.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and network architecture.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency, or real-time systems.
• Experience working with network infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, or microservices.
• Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and large-scale systems.
• Background in cybersecurity or network intelligence.
