About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and Technical project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.

Additionally, the program manager is required to have continuance communication with the customer, in different levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• BE/BTech, Master in management or a relevant field; 

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

o Developing and implementing program strategies that align with organizational objectives. 

Project Management:

o Overseeing the management of individual projects within the program, ensuring they are completed successfully. 

Resource Allocation:

o Managing budgets, resources, and teams across multiple projects within the program. 

• Stakeholder Management:

o Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including management, project teams, and external parties. 

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

o Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting progress, and identifying areas for improvement. 

o Preparing Monthly report on all projects to certify its alignment with agreed scope

o Resource Project engagement tracking according to agreed scope

• Risk Management:

o Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the program. 

• Change Management:

o Managing changes and interventions within the program to ensure it remains on track.
