Technical Presales Engineer

About The Position

Lead the professional readiness and ongoing development of the company’s presales teams, ensuring the organization is always fully prepared to deliver high-quality RFP responses, conduct impactful demos, and run successful POCs for telecom operator customers. This role defines and implements clear, consistent working methodologies, develops supporting tools and materials, and coordinates all collaboration between Product and Presales teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a global organization — strong advantage for experience in telecom and sales to communication service providers (operators).

• In-depth understanding of presales processes: RFPs, demos, and POCs.

• Proven ability to create high-quality technical presentations.

• Experience coordinating collaboration between Product and Presales teams.

• Strong capability to define and implement professional work standards and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel several times per year for meetings with teams and customers abroad.

• Fluent Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking); Russian is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with and influence teams who do not report directly.


Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and roll out structured guides, templates, and best practices for all presales processes, including RFPs, demos, and POCs.

• Ensure that demo environments and POC kits are always up to date, available, and ready for use across all regions.

• Professionally manage the Demo & Lab Engineer to maintain stable, high-quality demo and POC environments and provide technical support for field teams.

• Coordinate and lead collaboration between Product and Presales teams, collect feedback from the field, and translate it into product or collateral improvements.

• Perform regular readiness checks, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions as needed.

• Create and maintain high-quality technical presentations tailored to customers and senior executives.
