Sales and Marketing Operations
About The Position
Responsibility for the overall process of sales and marketing operations, helping the sales and marketing team drive sales from lead generation to advanced opportunities – including lead generation, pipeline management, lead nurturing, sales tools, sales training and other sales processes.
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in sales operations or marketing operations roles
• HubSpot (or Salesforce) experience a must
• Acquaintance with contact search tools such as ZoomInfo, RocketReach a must
• Experience in defining processes for pipeline administration and analysis a must
• Highly experienced in Excel and data analysis tools
• Detail-oriented, highly focused on accuracy
• Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and without supervision and prioritize multiple projects
• Fast learner
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and team player attitude while driving tasks independently
• BA/BSc Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
• Track leads and sales data using HubSpot – including contacts, target companies, ongoing sales pipeline, reports, management dashboards and sales data analysis
• Create and improve processes for lead and opportunity management
• Maintain and update the company’s pipeline, including tracking ongoing changes and creating processes for the sales team
• Produce reporting of leads, opportunities and overall sales and marketing data in detail and at management level
• Assist marketing and sales teams in determining customer outreach methods, contacting prospects and executing campaigns
• Create and administer sales training
• Work closely with marketing team on adjusting sales material, executing marketing campaigns and marketing events and align to sales needs
• Run research for new contacts and initial outreach for lead generation
• Provide needed support for sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and sales for the business
