Business support systems (BSS) and operations support systems (OSS) are systems used by telecom operators to manage their telecommunication services and run their business operations with their customers. The BSS deals with taking orders, payment issues, revenues, etc. Supporting four main processes: product management, order management, revenue management, and customer management.
