Journey Analytics analyzes, monitors, and optimizes the performance of the RAN, focusing on voice and data quality and subscribers’ mobility experience. It introduces ‘route’ and ‘journey’ parameters to benefit teams who manage the network quality. Advanced AI models determine which subscriber mobile services have been used while in mobility, accurately plot travel routes, and assign Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and KPIs. These insights are visualized on maps and made available as datasets for network teams to ensure a high mobility experience for subscribers.
