RADCOM is on the hunt for a QA Engineer to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our MEA solution.

This solution equips manufacturers of Connected Cars and mobile network operators with an innovative suite of tools designed to analyze and enhance the experience of connected journeys.

It continuously monitors voice and data usage patterns across all subscribers, identifying any network issues that may negatively impact both subscribers and connected vehicles. Employing AI and sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms, it integrates key parameters to determine how these network experiences influence subscribers.

The role involves working with a large-scale, intricate data processing system that incorporates a diverse range of technologies.

Responsibilities

· Desire to improve quality.

· A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

· Highly organized, can adjust priorities, and has great attention to detail.

· Plan and run tests using a deep understanding of the business logic of complex systems.

· Testing Web applications both from the front and back ends.

· Strong use of SQL queries for performing tests.

· Create test coverage – traceability between requirements and test cases

· Test synthetic/real data preparation.

· Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback from quality engineer perspective.

· Create and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases & System level End to End tests.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years experience in Software QA.

· Experience in SQL – A must.

· Experience in UI testing.

· Experience with cloud base services (Azure, AWS, GCP)

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

· Familiar with the Linux operating system.

· Ability to be a driver of quality in a project.

· Strong knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies

· Experience in working with Big Data – Advantage.

· Familiarity with automated testing tools – Advantage.

· Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks – preferred advantage.
