EL AVIV, Israel – June 14, 2016 –RADCOM Ltd (NASDAQ: RDCM), today announced that it has received a $4.3 million order from a leading Tier 1 APAC operator, part of the $13 million contract that was announced in May, 2015. This order further expands RADCOM’s solution to assure the quality of service delivered to the operator’s install base of more than 50 million subscribers.
RADCOM’s MaveriQ solution is deployed across multiple technologies and departments within the operator and this expansion provides additional capacity to handle the expected traffic growth up until 2017. By decoupling the need for proprietary hardware RADCOM’s MaveriQ software has proved itself to be highly scalable as the operator’s network capacity has rapidly increased year-over-year; one of the reasons this operator chose RADCOM as its service assurance vendor.
“RADCOM has been a long-time partner of this Tier 1 operator – being the 1st customer to upgrade to MaveriQ – and this latest order highlights the strength of our relationship,” said Eyal Harari, RADCOM’s Chief Operating Officer. “Our ability to assure the network and provide real-time customer experience insights across multiple technologies while supporting the year-over-year expansion of their network capacity has been critical. We appreciate the trust this operator places in us, as we strive together to assure a high quality of experience is delivered to subscribers and we look forward to continuing to meet future needs of both this and additional Tier 1 operators.”
